Global Hotel BVBA manages nine hotels, seven of which are owned,
under a franchise license with InterContinental Hotels Group.
Global Hotel operates under four different brand names: Crowne
Plaza (Bruges), Holiday Inn (Ghent Expo, Hasselt, Calais (F),
Brussels-Schuman), Holiday Inn Garden Court (Ostend) and Express
by
Holiday Inn (Hasselt, Mechelen, Antwerp).
The difference between these brand
names lies in the services provided, which are geared towards a market
including both price-aware customers and the most demanding customers. There
are many benefits of working together under a franchise license: links to a
global sales and reservation system, support in the areas of marketing, IT,
quality control, training etc.
